Joe built Jackman on a belief he formed between the boardroom and the market: that insight, strategy, design, and value creation belong under one roof, moving together. An industrial designer by training, he co-founded one of Canada’s leading brand design agencies before spending decades inside some of the most recognized consumer businesses in North America, steering them through reinvention at the highest level. He wrote the book on it, literally, with The Reinventionist Mindset, and traces the whole thing back to walking stores with his father at Sears. He never really stopped.
